Veteran actress Kasma Booty, 75, is being treated at the Ampang Hospital after she complained of shortness of breath due to water in the lungs.
Kasma was hospitalised on Sunday.
“This (yesterday) morning a doctor confirmed that she was also suffering from a heart problem,” her eldest child, Chempaka Booty Jacobs, 57, said when met at the hospital May 16, 2007.
She also suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes.
