Offline Shopping is a traditional way of shopping by the examining of goods or services from retailers with the intent to purchase at that time. Shopping is an activity of selection and/orpurchase. In some contexts it is considered a leisure activity as well as an economic one. In Malaysia, especially in Kuala Lumpur, people tend to go to bigger and famous shopping mall such SOGO, JUSCO, Kamdar, GIANT, Pertama Kompleks, Semua House etc. Sesetengah warga KL lebih suka memilih untuk bershopping di kawasan terbuka seperti di Jln Masjid India, Jln TAR and Jln Chow Kit. Sesetengah pelanggan memilih tempat yang selesa, ada yang memilih quality dan ada juga yang memilih harga. Terdapat pelbagai pilihan ketika membeli belah di tempat-tempat yang disenarai di atas. But beware, the more the crowd... the more risky you face such as pick-pocket and snatch atau anak hilang dipasaraya.
Keadaan traffic dan tempat parking sering menjadi rungutan kepada warga KL. Ketika musim perayaan, parking fee in front of Campbel Plaza increase to RM 10 per hour... Crazy !!! Tuh belum masuk duit utk bayar penjaga parking tak berlesen. Dalam keadaan cuaca tak menentu, ketika bulan ramadhan, amat memenatkan bershopping in traditional way. Some people consider it as fun. Online shopping is the process whereby consumers directly buy goods or services from a seller in real-time, without an intermediary service, over the Internet. If an intermediary service is present the process is called electronic commerce. An online shop, eshop, e-store, internet shop, webshop, webstore, online store, or virtual store evokes the physical analogy of buying products or services at a bricks-and-mortar retailer or in a shopping mall. The main idea of online shopping is not in having a good looking website that could be listed in a lot of search engines and it is not about the art behind the site. It also is not only just about disseminating information, because it is all about building relationships and making money.
A lot advantages by performing online shopping such as connivence, Online stores are usually available 24 hours a day, and many consumers have Internet access both at work and at home. Other establishments such as internet cafes and schools provide access as well. A visit to a conventional retail store requires travel and must take place during business hours. One advantage of shopping online is being able to quickly seek out deals for items or services with many different vendors (though some local search engines do exist to help consumers locate products for sale in nearby stores). Search engines, online price comparison services and discovery shopping engines can be used to look up sellers of a particular product or service. Given the lack of ability to inspect merchandise before purchase, consumers are at higher risk of fraud on the part of the merchant than in a physical store.
